Paul Madson was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and attended Southwestern Bible College (now Arizona Christian University), where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries. He served on the staff of Northwest Community Church in Phoenix as Youth Pastor for 9 years before moving to Portland, Oregon, where he attended Western Seminary. After graduating with his Master of Divinity degree, their family moved back to Arizona and Paul planted New Life Community Church (a daughter church of Northwest Community Church).  New Life began with about 125 adults and children from Northwest Community Church, and over 14 years, grew to include over 2,000 people who called it their church home. In 2004, he and Lisa “stepped out of the boat” in order to follow God’s call into missions and formed Global Training Network. His greatest passion is to see “the fame of God’s name spread to all peoples on earth!”

Paul and Lisa have three adult children and currently live in Peoria, Arizona. Paul’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries from Southwestern College, a Master of Divinity degree in Ministerial Studies from Western Seminary and some work on his Doctorate at Phoenix Seminary.
